THIS IS A TRAINEE POSITION TO ACQUIRE THE SKILLS NECESSARY TO PERFORM THE JOB DUTIES OF A LINEMAN.
PRIMARILY AN OUTDOOR WORK ENVIRONMENT, THIS POSITION REQUIRES THAT THE EMPLOYEE HAS NO RESTRICTION ON WORKING OUT OF DOORS INCLUDING DURING INCLEMENT OR EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS. THIS POSITION ALSO REQUIRES CONTINUOUS STANDING, WALKING AND DRIVING, IN ADDITION, KNEELING, CROUCHING, BENDING, TWISTING, BALANCING, AND FREQUENT LIFTING, LOADING, CARRYING, AND INSTALLING ITEMS WEIGHING UP TO 80 POUNDS WITHOUT MECHANICAL AID IN THE PERFORMANCE OF ROUTINE DAILY TASKS.
