Government in Action Youth Tour in Washington, D.C.

In addition to the scholarship program, Farmers' Electric will sponsor two area high school juniors on the Government In Action Youth Tour held June 11 through June 17 in Washington, D.C. This is a general budgetary, continuing education program, independent of the Farmers' Electric Education Foundation. 

A special "thank you" to the cooperative members in each community who volunteered their time to serve on the scholarship selection committees.

The following list of scholarship recipients and Youth Tour winners for 2011 were selected from a total of 97 applicants.
