FEC’s New Mobile App - FECNM
A summary of new features and improvements in the new FECNM App are as follows:
A new option, New User, has been added to the menu on our FECNM App’s login screen.
You now have an assortment of electric utility images that you can choose from to set as the background wallpaper for the FECNM App’s login screen.
The FECNM App’s Graphical User Interface (GUI) has been redesigned to improve overall customer experience.
A new icon, Account List, has been added to allow members to switch between accounts quickly and easily.
A new button, Take Photo, has been added to the Credit Card tab of the Payment Profile page of the FECNM App.
A new menu option, Fingerprint (Android) or Touch ID (iOS), has been added to the My Account menu of the FECNM App.
A new menu option, Member Communications, has been added to the My Account menu of the FECNM App.
A new menu option, View Pledges, has been added to the My Usage menu of the FECNM App.
Here’s what you can do with the FECNM App:
View Account Information to see a list of all of your accounts complete with due dates and balances. Select a specific account from the account list to make a single payment and don’t forget to sign up for push notifications (alerts) for that account.
View Your Bill History to get a concise summary of each of your bills and link to PDFs for your available bills. If the PDF of your bill is not available, you’ll see a nice message letting you know to check back later.
Make a Payment by logging in, selecting the account, and then the Payment icon to initiate a payment for a single account or for multiple accounts, if applicable.
View Payment History connects you to a list of your past payments by month, including the date and amount of each payment.
Manage Alerts allows you to manage the Alerts and Reminders you want to receive on your mobile device. Alerts and Reminders can be configured for each individual account and on each individual mobile device.
View and Report Outages quickly from your mobile device! If we already know about the outage that affects your account, you’ll see the outage report right away. If we don’t know about the outage, you’ll automatically get the Report Outage form.
View Your Usage in a graph of your electricity usage for the date range you specify.
Find Our Offices and payment locations along with phone numbers, addresses, and hours of operation.
